We are a locally owned fitness boutique that specializes in training young athletes and teaching adult group fitness classes. We are a full service gym that offers a variety of lifting and cardio equipment as well, including a weight lifting program that our members can follow, free of charge! Our members have 24/7 access to our facility.

Staffed Hours

Please shoot us a text or call to set up an appointment to take a tour or get signed up at (308)380-2413. This will help us make sure to not have other obligations during your appointment. Drop ins are welcome during the hours posted. 

Our Staffed Hours are 8:00AM-7:00PM Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Friday 8:00AM-12:00PM. Saturday we are staffed 8:00AM-12:00PM. We are available for appointments if none of these hours work for you. Call/Text (308)380-2413.

Download the Gym Master App to register for our group classes. Non Members will select the button that says "Not a Member? Make a booking."

Members will select "forgot password", use the email that they sign up with at the gym, create a password, then login. 

Select the schedule tab, click on the classes you want to book and click "book". You can book up to 7 days in advance! Classes that have 0 attendees signed up will not have an instructor show up.

Maxed Out Special Features

At Maxed Out, we separate ourselves from the average gym by offering some special programming and technology! Each member has free access to our Daily M.O. workout program and has the opportunity to buy a MyZone Belt to track their progress and make working out more fun and trackable! Not only do we offer these special programs, but we offer Live Group Classes every day and Athlete Training for youth athletes wanting to take their performance & skills to the next level.


Daily M.O.

This is an exceptional weight lifting program that our Manager & Certified Personal Trainer provides, free of charge. The workout hits every muscle group through out the week- over 5 days and has one cardio day in there for a total of 6 daily workouts for you per week. The workout changes monthly and has a special "Maximizer" finisher each day to keep you looking sculpted and in fabulous shape! We have incentives to go along with this program, such as Gift Cards and Tee Shirts! We even post demo videos to our Facebook Page to help you out!

MyZone System

We call this a system and not just a belt because there is so much that comes with your MyZone Belt! Train SMART and track your workouts every day! When you train at the gym, you will see your stats up on one of our TV screens: Calories burned in real time, Heart Rate in real time, Points earned (MEPS) in real time and % of max heart rate you are working at IN REAL TIME! Not only that, but your personal tile changes colors as you change zones! Want to burn fat? Stay in the blue & green zone! Want to do HIIT training? Get up in the yellow and red zone! Can't make it to the gym , but still want to get your points & workout in? Open up your app and workout anywhere!

*NEW to MyZone is the MyZone Switch, where  you can choose between wearing a chest strap, watch strap or upper arm strap! All 3 come with your belt! So Cool!

Group Classes

We offer a variety of group classes, taught by certified instructors! Classes are open to any member, no sign up necessary...just SHOW UP! Attending group classes is a great way to connect with other members and instructors and stay accountable with your workouts! The classes we offer are Cycling, Cycling Fusion, Transform 20, L1FT & SH1FT, Boot Camp, P90X, PiYo, Ripped & Insanity. All of these classes are offered free to our members.
